How do I cancel my membership ?

To cancel your membership, follow these steps :

• Open the side menu
• Press on "Pricing and plans".
• Select your current membership
• Press "cancel" and confirm.

What happens after you cancel ?

When you cancel a membership, it will stop renewing. However, it remains active until the end of the current period.

Why is the "cancel" button greyed out ?

If the button is not available, this means that your subscription cannot be cancelled. This is particularly the case if :

• Your subscription has already been cancelled
• Your subscription is not a renewable subscription, e.g. 24-hour pass, 3-month pass or return pass.
