# How do I cancel my membership ?

###### To cancel your membership, follow these steps :
* Open the side menu
* Press on "Pricing and plans".
* Select your current membership
* Press "cancel" and confirm.

###### What happens after you cancel ?
When you cancel a membership, it will stop renewing. However, it remains active until the end of the current period.

###### Why is the "cancel" button greyed out ?
If the button is not available, this means that your subscription cannot be cancelled. This is particularly the case if :
* Your subscription has already been cancelled
* Your subscription is not a renewable subscription, e.g. 24-hour pass, 3-month pass or return pass.
