How do I get my deposit back?

When you register your credit card for a new pony account, you may be asked to pay a deposit to gain access to the pony fleet. This deposit is fully refundable if you no longer wish to use pony bikes or pony scooters.

💡 You can request a refund of this deposit from the app :

Android: side menu, then "settings", then "My deposit", then "Request refund".
iOS: side menu, then "My account", then "My deposit", then "Refund request".
