# How to add a promo code?

The way to add a promo code varies depending on your phone model!

On Android :
* Open the side menu
* Press the Promo Code button at the top of the menu
* Enter the code you have been given and press Enter

On iPhone:
* Open the side menu
* Press the My Account button at the top of the menu
* Press the Details button on the Promo Code line
* Enter the code you have been given and press Enter

The discount will be added to your account and will automatically apply to your next rides!

The promo code doesn't seem to work? There are several possible reasons:
* The code has already been saved on your account in the past.
* The code has reached its usage limit
* The code has expired
* The code is not valid in your city
