How do I find a pony bike?

Open the pony app to find a pony near you!
You need an internet connection to use our vehicles. Also make sure your geolocation, camera and Bluetooth settings are activated for a better experience!

How do you start the bike?

Press the "unlock" button and scan the bike's QR code.
Wait a few seconds for the bike to switch on, then raise the stand.
Get on the bike and start pedalling.
The electric assistance will activate by itself

What should I do if my bike won't start?

Is the bike unlocked?
If the bike is unlocked, you should see the front light on and the bike can be moved without resistance.
If this is not the case, try restarting your ride. If the bike still doesn't light up, it may be a technical problem. Park the Pony responsibly and try with another vehicle.

The bike is unlocked but the assistance does not activate?
This is probably a technical problem. Park the pony responsibly and try with another vehicle.
