How do I find a pony scooter ?

Open the pony app to find a pony near you!
You need an internet connection to use our vehicles. Make sure your geolocation, camera and Bluetooth settings are activated for a better experience!

How do you start the scooter ?

Press the "unlock" button and scan the QR code on the scooter's handlebars.
Wait a few seconds for the scooter to light up and then push it forward to raise the kickstand.
Put both hands on the handlebars and place one foot on the scooter.
With the other foot, push the scooter until you reach a speed of around 5km/h.
Put your second foot on the scooter and gently press the accelerator to the right of your handlebars.

What should I do if the scooter won't start ?

Are the front light and speedometer switched on ?
If not, finish your run and restart it. If the scooter still won't start, it may be due to a technical problem. Park the scooter responsibly and try with another vehicle.

Is the scooter switched on but not accelerating ?
Try using your foot to pick up a little more speed before pressing the accelerator. If it still doesn't work, it may be a technical problem. Park the scooter responsibly and try with another vehicle
