You don't recognise a ride on your account or you can't explain a pony transaction?
First of all, check with your friends and family if anyone has access to your pony account or if anyone has registered your bank card on their pony account.
This is the most common case! All you have to do is ask the person in question to disconnect from your account or delete your payment method from their account.
If you are certain that these transactions are not coming from someone you know, contact your bank as soon as possible and ask them to block your card. This will prevent your card from being used, and they will also make any necessary refunds.
