I've been charged even though I have a membership
Your ride was charged but you subscribed to a membership? There are several possible reasons :
To check this, look at the "Pricing and plans" tab in your app, tap on your membership and if you see this, it means that your membership only includes unlocking:
To check the limits of your membership, look at the "Pricing and plans" tab in your app, tap on your membership and you'll see the conditions displayed. For example:
If you were in negative credit before starting your ride, you will be charged in order to regularise your account.
You may have received a penalty at the end of your ride. To check this, you can look at the details of your ride on your app :
Open the side menu
Press My trips and then select the ride of your choice.
If a penalty has been applied, you will see this:

During a group ride, the pass only applies to one of the ride (the longest). It is therefore normal for you to be charged for the other vehicles used.

Your membership may be an "unlimited unlocking" membership, so the minutes used still are charged for.
