# My vehicle seems faulty

Have you noticed a problem with your pony on your ride ? We recommend that you find the nearest parking area and park your vehicle there.

Then, would you please let us know ? You can do this by clicking on the **Report** tab and then **Damaged Vehicle**. Our teams will take charge of the vehicle as quickly as possible.

We do our best to keep our pony in perfect condition and we thank you in advance for your reports which help us in this mission !
