Why do I have to pay before my ride?
Before starting a ride on pony, the application asks you to complete a transaction in order to take a banking imprint.
What is the purpose of this imprint?
The imprint is taken at the start of your ride to ensure that your card has sufficient funds to pay for the ride.
Why do I have to do this transaction if I have a pass?

When you register your credit card for a new pony account, you may be asked to pay a deposit to gain access to the pony fleet. This deposit is fully refundable if you no longer wish to use pony bikes or pony scooters.

As a general rule, the pre-authorisation taken at the start of the ride can take 5 to 10 working days before it is adjusted to correspond to the actual pricing for your ride or disappears. Your ride was charged but you subscribed to a membership? There are several possible reasons :
Your membership may be an "unlimited unlocking" membership, so the minutes used still are charged for.
To check this, look at the "Pricing and plans" tab in your app, tap on your membership and if you see this, it means that your membership only includes unlocking:

First of all, check with your friends and family if anyone has access to your pony account or if anyone has registered your bank card on their pony account.
This is the most common case! All you have to do is ask the person in question to disconnect from your account or delete your payment method from their account.
